117 Room Hotel for Spicers Site

A development application has been submitted to the City of Fremantle for the Spicer site by Smart Design Studio on behalf of one of Andrew Forrest’s development arms.

Located adjacent to the Fremantle Markets, it will be a U-shaped117-room hotel that is six storeys. high.

The former Spicers Building, built in 1899, which was demolished in the 1970s once was the tallest building in Freo.
